Kindness A to Z

Happy Sabbath boys and girls. Now it’s my opportunity once again to bring you the story this morning. I have another book. I know you’d like books, right? Just like I do.

Now this book is called kindness to share from A to Z. Now in the month of October boys and girls, hopefully your teachers have talked to you about how to be a good friend, how to make friends, and how to show other kids that we are kind that we care. This month is a perfect month for us to show others that we know Jesus. Okay, so pay attention to see with something if there’s something new you can learn in my book. Okay, we’re gonna go all the way from A to Z. Are you ready? Okay.

Kindness to share from A to Z. Kindness is for sharing, in what you say and do. Being kind is good for others, and how you should be treated, too. Ask someone to play with you. Bring flowers to a person who needs cheering up. Collect canned food for people who are hungry. Do something nice for another person, just because. Entertain the younger kids at a family party. Forgive someone who makes a mistake. Give someone a compliment. Help clean up after dinner. I’m sure mommy and daddy would like that. Invite a new kid at school to sit with you at lunch. Join a good cause. Kiss your parents goodnight. Listen, when others are talking. Make cookies to welcome a new neighbor. Notice when someone is kind to you, and say thank you. Offer to help without waiting to be asked. Pick up after yourself. This is good at home and at school boys and girls. Quiet down when others are trying to sleep. Read a story to a younger child. Say I love you. Think before you speak. Choose  kind words. Use other people’s things with care. Ask first. Visit people in a retirement home. Wait your turn. Explain how to play a game so others can join in. Yell, good things out again. Like yay. And Go Team. Zip a younger child jacket.

Now boys and girls, I hope you got some ideas on how you can show kindness. When Jesus was here boys and girls. He was a perfect example of what it is like to be kind. Ok, let’s bow our heads in prayer.

Dear Heavenly Father, we like to thank you for another day of life. Thank you for allowing us to Lord to be here. Thank you for allowing us to be able to show kindness to all of our friends at school. Help us to be a perfect example so that others can get to know you. keep us safe and always protect us for we pray in Your name. Amen.

Bye boys and girls.
