Sabbath School
The children's classes are led by some of the very best teachers who love and treasure our children. There is singing, prayer, stories, activities and, most importantly, study of God's Word. These classes are designed to appeal to a certain age group, and the children who attend, they love the classes. The children can often be heard describing the Sabbath morning activities to anyone who will listen.

Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a great opportunity for the children to have some fun, make some cool crafts and learn about Jesus. And it doesn't cost any money! Every summer Downey Adventist Church sponsors a VBS Playing at VBS @ Downey Adventist Churchprogram for the children in the community to learn about Jesus. There is no pressure to join our church or to be "converted", it's simply a time for the children to have some fun and learn about a God who loves them very much!
